Dit protocol beschrijft de omzetting van huidfibbroblasten in myoblasten en hun differentiatie in myotubes. De cellijnen zijn afgeleid van patiënten met neuromusculaire aandoeningen en kunnen worden gebruikt om pathologische mechanismen te onderzoeken en therapeutische strategieën te testen.
