Dit protocol presenteert een vergelijking tussen twee verschillende inductieprotocollen voor het differentiëren van menselijke tandheelkundige pulpstamcellen (hDPSC's) naar pancreaslijnen in vitro:het integratieve protocol en het niet-integratieve protocol. Het integratieve protocol genereert meer insulineproducerende cellen (IPC's).
