We presenteren een protocol voor ex vivo kweek van humaan ventriculaire myocardiale weefsel. Het maakt een gedetailleerde analyse van contractiekracht en kinetiek mogelijk, evenals de toepassing van pre- en afterload om de in vivo fysiologische omgeving beter na te bootsen.
