Hier beschrijven we een basisprotocol voor TL-etikettering van de verschillende elementen van het hart buizen van larven en volwassen<em> Drosophila melanogaster</em>. Deze exemplaren zijn zeer geschikt voor imaging via fluorescentie of confocale microscopie. Deze techniek maakt gedetailleerde structurele analyse van de kenmerken van de harten van een krachtig model organisme.
