Nous décrivons ici l'utilisation d'un auto-assemblage en 3 dimensions d'échafaudage à la culture humaine cellules progénitrices neurales. Nous présentons un protocole visant à libérer les cellules de la échafaudages pour être analysés ultérieurement, par exemple par cytométrie en flux. Ce protocole pourrait être adapté à d'autres types cellulaires pour effectuer des études détaillées de façon mécaniste.
