We presenteren een eenvoudig protocol voor fluorescentie microscopie films van groeiende gistcellen, en een GUI-gebaseerde software pakket om eencellige tijdreeks gegevens te extraheren verkrijgen. De analyse omvat geautomatiseerde afstamming en verdeeldheid tijd opdracht geïntegreerd met visuele inspectie en handmatige curatie van bijgehouden gegevens.
