Primaire celkweek is een nuttige techniek voor het analyseren van specifieke populaties van cellen, in het bijzonder van transgene muis embryo's op specifieke ontwikkelingsstadia. Hierin zijn embryonale ventrikels ontleed en gedissocieerd en antilichaam-geconjugeerde kralen herkennen en scheiden de endotheelcellen voor verdere analyse.
