De oprichting van een model van de chronische asynchrone hartfalen (HF) door snelle pacing gecombineerd met linker bundel tak ablatie wordt gepresenteerd. Tweedimensionale spikkel bijhouden van beeldvorming en aorta snelheid tijd integraal worden toegepast om deze stabiele HF-model met links ventriculaire asynchrony en de voordelen van cardiale synchronisatieprocedure therapie te valideren.
