La mise en place d’un modèle de l’insuffisance cardiaque chronique asynchrone (HF) par stimulation rapide combiné avec ablation de branche gauche est présenté. Deux dimensions speckle tracking intégrale de temps vitesse aortique et d’imagerie sont appliqués pour valider ce modèle HF stable avec asynchronisme ventriculaire gauche et les avantages de la thérapie de resynchronisation cardiaque.
