Här beskriver vi ett protokoll för att anställa hög genomströmning RNAi screening att avslöja värd mål som kan manipuleras för att förbättra onkolytisk virus behandling, särskilt rhabodvirus och vaccinia virus terapi, men det kan lätt anpassas till andra onkolytisk virus-plattformar eller för att upptäcka värd gener som modulera virusreplikation generellt.
