Volgende-generatie rangschikken (NGS) is een krachtig hulpmiddel voor genomische karakterisering die wordt beperkt door het hoge foutenpercentage van het platform (~0.5–2.0%). Wij beschrijven onze methoden van fout-gecorrigeerde sequentie die ons toelaten te ondervangen van het NGS foutenpercentage en mutaties op variant allel breuken zo zeldzaam als 0,0001 detecteren.
