In vitro uso de tenocytes degenerativa es indispensable la investigación de la eficacia del novedoso tratamiento de la Tendinopatía. Sin embargo, la mayoría estudios utilizan solamente el modelo animal o una tenocyte saludable. Proponemos el siguiente protocolo para aislar tenocytes degenerativa humana durante la cirugía.
