Die Prozesse für die Blase Krebs Invasion darstellen Biomarker und therapeutische Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten. Hier präsentieren wir eine Blase Krebs Invasion Modell mit 3-d-Kultur der Tumor Sphäroide, Time-Lapse Bildgebung und konfokalen Mikroskopie. Diese Technik ist nützlich für die Definition der Merkmale des invasiven Verfahrens und für das screening von Therapeutika.
