Marginaal zone B cellen (MZBs) reageren op de kracht van shear stroom door heroriëntering op hun migratiepad van de stroom. Dit protocol laat zien hoe om te registreren en analyseren van het migratie met behulp van een fluidics eenheid, pomp, Microscoop imaging systeem en vrije software.
