Hier stellen wir ein Protokoll zur In-vivo-Augmentation der Darmhoming-regulatorischen T-Zell-Induktion vor. In diesem Protokoll werden dendritische Zellen entwickelt, um lokal hohe Konzentrationen des aktiven Vitamin D (1,25-Dihydroxyvitamin D oder 1,25[OH]2D) und des aktiven VitaminS A (Retinoinsäure oder RA) de novo zu produzieren.
