Detta arbete beskriver protokoll för beredning av magnetiska nanopartiklar, dess beläggning med SiO2, följt av dess amin funktionalisering med (3-aminopropyl)triethoxysilane (APTES) och dess konjugation med deferoxamin med hjälp av en succinyl moiety som en länker.
