Vi beskriver en modell av heterotopic buken hjärtat transplantation hos råttor, vilket innebär ändringar av nuvarande strategier, vilket leder till en förenklad kirurgisk strategi. Dessutom beskriver vi en ny avstötningsmodell genom in-ear injektion av vitala hjärt muskelceller, vilket möjliggör ytterligare transplantation immunologiska analyser hos råttor.
