ワークフローを理解するには、まず少数のサンプルを試してください。まず、70%以上のアルコールに貯蔵された蚊組織サンプルを水分補給するには、100マイクロリットルのPCRグレードの水を加え、4°Cで1時間インキュベートして組織を軟化させます。インキュベーション後、水を捨て、100マイクロリットルのプロテアーゼKバッファー酵素ミックスを加えます。
