We beschrijven de methode voor kwantitatieve analyse van de verdeling van Aspergillus fumigatus conidia (3 μm groot) in de luchtwegen van muizen. De methode kan ook worden gebruikt voor de analyse van microdeeltjes en nanodeeltjes agglomeraat distributie in de luchtwegen in verschillende pathologische conditiemodellen.
