Este artigo descreve um método para modelar a anestesia venosa total (TIVA) durante a cirurgia de ressecção de câncer em camundongos. O objetivo é replicar as principais características da administração anestésica a pacientes com câncer. O método permite investigar como a técnica anestésica afeta a recorrência do câncer após a cirurgia de ressecção.
