Un método para expandir las células T γδ a partir de células mononucleares de sangre periférica (CMSP) se describe. PBMC derivados de las células T γδ se estimulan y se expandió con zoledronato y la interleucina 2 (IL-2). La expansión a gran escala de las células T γδ se puede aplicar a la inmunoterapia celular autólogo de cáncer.
