In dit artikel tonen we aan testen van thermische nociceptie studeren in<em> Drosophila</em> Larven. Een test bestaat ruimtelijk beperkte (lokale) stimulering van thermische nociceptoren<sup> 1,2</sup> Terwijl de tweede gaat om een groothandel (mondiale) activering van de meeste of al deze neuronen<sup> 3</sup>. Samen vormen deze technieken laten toe visualisatie en kwantificering van de gedrags-functies van<em> Drosophila</em> Nociceptieve sensorische neuronen.
