Målet med denne protokol er at isolere lymfeendotelceller foring menneskelige lymfatisk misdannelse cyste-lignende fartøjer og Forhud anvender fluorescens-cellesortering (FACS). Efterfølgende celledyrkning og udvidelse af disse celler tillader et nyt niveau af eksperimentel raffinement for genetiske, proteomiske, funktionelle og celle differentiering undersøgelser.
