Målet med detta protokoll är att isolera lymfatiska endotelceller kantar mänskliga lymfatiska missbildning cysta-liknande fartyg och förhud som använder fluorescensaktiverad cellsortering (FACS). Efterföljande cellodling och expansion av dessa celler möjliggör en ny nivå av experimentell förfining för genetiska, proteomik, funktionella och celldifferentiering studier.
