I dette manuskript, beskriver vi perkutan isoleret nedsat perfusion med samtidig chemofiltration som behandling for inoperabel levermetastaser. Denne procedure udføres under generel anæstesi i angiosuite af et erfarent team, der består af en interventionel radiolog, en klinisk perfusionist og narkoselægen.
