Her beskriver vi en fremgangsmåde til bestemmelse lipidsammensætningen af neutrofiler, med vægt på kolesterolniveauet, ved hjælp af både HPTLC og HPLC at få en bedre forståelse af de underliggende mekanismer for neutrofil ekstracellulær fælde dannelse.
