Nous décrivons une méthode microchirurgie pour la génération d'une boucle artérioveineuse (AV) en tant que modèle pour l' analyse de la vascularisation in vivo dans un environnement isolé et bien caractérisés. Ce modèle est non seulement utile pour l'étude de l'angiogenèse, mais est également parfaitement adaptée pour l'ingénierie axialement vascularisé et les tissus transplantables.
