Vi præsenterer en protokol for at undersøge krydstale mellem X-stråle-bestrålet Caco-2 og perifert blod mononukleære celler (PBMC). Protokollen starter med Caco-2 bestråling og opsætning af fælles kultur med PBMC; efterfølgende måles trans-epitelial elektriske modstand jævnligt over 48 h og vestlige skamplet udført i både Caco-2 og PBMC.
