Nous présentons un protocole afin d’analyser la composition en protéines de grande protéine : protéine native et de protéines : acides nucléiques complexes de colza (b. napus) exsudat de phloème en utilisant une approche d’électrophorèse (PAGE) 3D gel de polyacrylamide combinant bleu natif (BN) avec deux PAGEs de dénaturation suivie d’identification par spectrométrie de masse.
