Hier presenteren we een protocol voor de productie van adenovirus met behulp van het pAdEasy-systeem. De technologie omvat de recombinatie van de pAdTrack en pAdEasy-1 plasmiden, de verpakking en versterking van het adenovirus, de zuivering van de adenovirale deeltjes uit cellysaat en kweekmedium, de virale titratie en het functioneel testen van het adenovirus.
