Présenté ici est un protocole pour une approche d’imagerie par fluorescence, multiplex immunofluorescent cell-based detection of DNA, RNA , and protein (MICDDRP), une méthode capable de visualiser simultanément par fluorescence unicellulaire de protéines virales et d’acides nucléiques de différents types et brins. Cette approche peut être appliquée à un large éventail de systèmes.
