تم تطوير طريقة غير موسومة وغير نظيرية مشعة لفحص نشاط اليوراسيل - الحمض النووي للجليكوسيلاز باستخدام مطياف الكتلة MALDI-TOF لتحليل المنتج المباشر المحتوي على موقع apurinic / apyrimidinic. أثبت الفحص أنه بسيط للغاية ومحدد وسريع وسهل الاستخدام لقياس جليكوزيلاز الحمض النووي.
