Digitale Micromirror apparaten (DMD) kan genereren complexe patronen in ruimte en tijd om mee te neuronale prikkelbaarheid te controleren. Die relevant zijn voor het ontwerp, de bouw en de exploitatie van het DMD-systemen worden besproken. Een dergelijk systeem kon de demonstratie van niet-lineaire integratie tussen distale dendritische tak punten.
