हम यहाँ दिखाना है कि दैहिक सेल न्यूक्लियर ट्रांसफर (SCNT) के माध्यम से epigenetic reprogramming करने के लिए एक पूर्व निर्धारित टी सेल (TCR) रिसेप्टर specificities के साथ माउस मॉडल उत्पन्न उपकरण के रूप में इस्तेमाल किया जा सकता है. ये transnuclear चूहों अंतर्जात प्रमोटर के नियंत्रण के अधीन उनके अंतर्जात बिन्दुपथ से इसी TCR व्यक्त करते हैं.
