En metode for å analysere fordelingen av benmarg blodkreft stamfedre i flowcytometri samt å effektivt isolere høyrenset blodkreft stamceller (HSCs) er beskrevet. Isolasjonen prosedyren er hovedsakelig basert på magnetisk anrikning av c-Kit + celler og celle sortering for å rense HSCs for cellulære og molekylære studier.
