Kombinatorische 5 fluoreszierenden Proteinen markiert von hämatopoetischen Stamm-und Vorläuferzellen in vivo ermöglicht klonalen Tracking über die konfokale und Zwei-Photonen-Mikroskopie, die einen Einblick in die Knochenmark blutbild Architektur während der Regeneration. Dieses Verfahren ermöglicht nicht-invasive Abbildung von Schicksal spektral kodierten HSPCs abgeleiteten Zellen in intaktem Gewebe für ausgedehnte Zeiträume nach der Transplantation.
