Summary

Nous décrivons ici un procédé permettant l'obtention et l'identification d'une sous-population nouvellement caractérisé par des phagocytes géantes neutrophile dérivé. Ces cellules se développent dans la culture à partir de neutrophiles frais du sang humain, et sont caractérisées par la phagocytose, l'autophagie, immensément grande taille, et la durée de vie prolongée. Cette méthode est indispensable d'étudier plus avant cette sous-population de neutrophiles dérivé unique.
