Irreversibel elektroporation (IRE) är en icke-termisk ablationsteknik används för behandling av lokalt avancerad pankreascancer. Att vara en relativt ny teknik, är effekterna av IRE på tumörtillväxt dåligt känd. Vi har utvecklat en syngena musmodell som underlättar studera effekterna av IRE på pankreascancer.
