Diese Arbeit stellt ein Protokoll vor, um homogene Zellkulturen von primären okulomotorischen, Trochlea- und Spinalmotorneuronen zu ergeben. Diese Kulturen können für vergleichende Analysen der morphologischen, zellulären, molekularen und elektrophysiologischen Eigenschaften von augen- und spinalmotorischen Neuronen verwendet werden.
