まず、影響を受けた第三大臼歯の外科的抽出中に歯包を収穫する。細胞分離手順を開始するか、3%ペニシリンストレプトマイシンとDPBSで摂氏4度で歯包を保存します。歯の卵胞を洗うためには、歯包をピンセットで持ち、洗浄管1に入れる。
10~15回軽く振ります。それを取り出し、チューブ2に入れてください。もう一度、それを10〜15回振ります。

さらに3分間遠心分離機を取り出し、上清を取り除きます。ケラチノサイト無血清培地を用いて、単一細胞集団を60ミリメートルの培養皿に盛り付けます。37°Cで5%の二酸化炭素の加湿雰囲気の中で5ミリリットルの最終的な量で培養皿を維持します。
