Här visar vi vår metod för att isolera mus epidermala neurala celler crest stamceller (EPI-NCSC). Tekniken innebär att mikro-dissekera morrhår folliklar, isolera bula och placeing det i vävnadskultur. EPI-NCSC börja att emigrera från bula explants på underlaget inom 3 - 4 dagar.
