De nauwkeurigheid en gevoeligheid van eiwit vaststelling door de snelle en handige Bradford assay in gevaar wordt gebracht door intrinsieke niet-lineariteit. We tonen een eenvoudige procedure die linearisatie verhoogt de nauwkeurigheid, verbetert de gevoeligheid van de test ongeveer een factor 10, en vermindert de inmenging van wasmiddelen.
