Denne artikkelen beskriver først en prosedyre for å isolere humane endotelceller fra navle årer og deretter viser hvordan å bruke disse cellene til å undersøke nøytrofile sjelevandring henhold strømningsforhold. Ved å bruke en lav-volum flyt kammer laget av en polymer med de optiske egenskapene til glass, er live-celle fluorescerende avbildning av sjeldne celle populasjoner også mulig.
