Le<em> In ovo</em> Chorioallantoic membrane (CAM) est greffé avec des tissus frais sarcome dérivées de tumeurs, leurs suspensions cellulaires simples, et des lignées cellulaires établies sarcome marquées par fluorescence permanents et transitoires. Le modèle est utilisé pour étudier greffon (viabilité, Ki67 index de prolifération, nécrose, infiltration) et hôte (d'infiltration de fibroblastes, interposition vasculaire) comportement.
