Een werkwijze wordt beschreven visuele begeleiding voor het uitvoeren schaalbare, high throughput selecties van faagweergegeven combinatoriële synthetische antilichaam bibliotheken tegen honderden antigenen tegelijkertijd. Met behulp van deze parallelle aanpak, hebben we geïsoleerd antilichaam fragmenten die een hoge affiniteit en specificiteit vertonen voor diverse antigenen die functioneel in standaard immunoassays zijn.
