Chromatine immunoprecipitatie is een krachtige techniek voor de identificatie van DNA-bindingsplaatsen van Arabidopsis eiwitten in vivo. Deze procedure omvat chromatine verknoping en fragmentatie, selectieve immunoprecipitatie met antilichamen tegen het eiwit van belang en qPCR analyse van gebonden DNA. We beschrijven een eenvoudige ChIP assay geoptimaliseerd voor Arabidopsis planten.
