Dit protocol beschrijft de inductie van een ischemie-reperfusie (IR) model op de muis oor huid met behulp van magneet klemmen. Met behulp van een custom-built intravitale imaging model, bestuderen we in vivo ontstekingsreacties post-reperfusie. De reden voor de ontwikkeling van deze techniek is om te begrijpen hoe leukocyten reageren op huid IR schade verlengen.
