Vi presenterer en protokoll for å generere en kondrogen linje fra humant perifert blod (PB) via induserte pluripotente stamceller (iPSCs) ved hjelp av en integrasjonsfri metode, som inkluderer embryoid kropps (EB) dannelse, utvidelse av fibroblastiske celler og kondrogen induksjon.
