Este informe describe un método rápido y confiable para la validación de blancos del mRNA de miRNAs celular. Los usos del método biotinilado sintético basado en la LNA de ácido nucleico bloqueado miRNA imita para capturar objetivo mRNA. Posteriormente, se emplean bolas magnéticas recubiertas de estreptavidina para telecine blanco mRNA para la cuantificación por reacción en cadena de polimerasa qPCR.
