Protein sentezini hücreler için kritik bir biyolojik süreçtir. Beyinde, adaptif değişiklikler için gereklidir. Sağlam beyinde protein sentezinin oranlarının ölçülmesi dikkatli metodolojik hususlar gerektirir. Burada L-[1-14C]-leucine nicel autoradiographic yöntemi, serebral protein sentezinin bölgesel oranlarının in vivo olarak belirlenmesi için sunuyoruz.
